Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window for store credit only. If you would like to initiate a return process, please contact support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line. Please do not attempt to send back your order without contacting us first.
To be eligible for a return your order must:
- Be in new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Request a return within 14 days from the delivery date
Any products purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Domestic Returns
For domestic returns; please initiate a return process by emailing support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line within 14 days of receiving your order. Please carefully read our return policy; proceeding with the process confirms that you have read and agreed to our policy. A return label can be provided at the expense of the customer, this expense will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount; customers are free to use their own return label, however, we do not accept liability for any products given to a courier until we receive it on our end. Once we receive your return, we have the obligation to process the items; APTHCRY has the right to void a return process if we deem the product as used, unwearable, or damaged. We provide a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs) via store credit within 7 days after we receive your return.
International Returns
For international returns; please initiate a return process by emailing support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line within 14 days of receiving your order. Please carefully read our return policy; proceeding with the process confirms that you have read and agreed to our policy. Pre-paid labels are not available for international returns. Prior to shipping your items back, please make sure that the return address is correct, that all items have been securely packed, and that you have a copy of your receipt with a tracking number included. We do not claim liability for returning items until it has been received by us. Once we receive your return, we have the obligation to process the items; APTHCRY has the right to void a return process if we deem the product as used, unwearable, or damaged. We provide a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs) via store credit within 7 days after we receive your return.
All international customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay duties, custom fees, or taxes at checkout. Any refused shipments will not be refunded.
Damages and other order issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; after 7 days post delivery we do not assume liabilities on items that may be seen as damaged.
Please email support@apthcry.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the issue so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned to our warehouse; please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If the return is marked as approved, you will receive an email with your store credit. We hold the right to approve or decline any returns for any reason we see fit. Returns that are declined will be provided an explanation for the outcome.
Things I Should Know
Orders made with any automated service or “bot” type service may or may not be canceled at our discretion. It is not our responsibility to control a buyer’s “bot.”
Items within the categories of mystery, random, secret, or giveaways are NOT eligible for returns, cancellations, store credit, or exchanges.
